• Parties are normally held at North Wootton Farm for 6-10 children, but if that doesn't suit and you want something different, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. (see below for DIY option)

• Children cook their own party food.

• A selection of recipes are provided to choose from - recipes are suitable for all age ranges. Groups with the majority of children under 7 normally require 1 adult to stay.

• All food is cooked from raw ingredients and sourced locally where possible.

• A selection of party food can be created or a lunch or dinner party selected from the menus provided.

• After cooking children will set the party table and enjoy the food they have prepared. All table decorations included.

• 1 Item from the menu will be cooked by everyone to take home as well as being part of the meal.

• Party time is 2½ hrs - approximately 2 hrs making and cooking, ½ hr eating..
  
  Children will have a Cookwise 'Party Bag' to take home containing

• take home item cooked at the party.

• 2 recipe cards selected from the party menu.

• a wooden spoon, pastry cutter or similar small kitchen item.
  
  Additional items could be included. The cost will depend on the value of the items added. If you woud like to add extras I will be pleased to discuss them.

Examples of party menu choices - sticky sausages, tasty tartlets, dip sticks, fruity fondu, jumping jack flaps, bananarama, bbq chicken - please get in touch for more details and to discuss your requirements.

The lunch or dinner party menus offer a 'Taste of India',' Italian Inspiration' and 'Perfectly Local'.

As well as the menu choices we will provide some healthy nibbles to go on the table.

If you live too far away you might be interested in our DIY birthday party package.  We help you plan a simple Cookwise party in your own home, and provide you with recipe cards, chef's hats, aprons, party bags, and a personalised plan to follow.  E-mail using the party form opposite.
