Take a look in the fact sheet area: there are some interesting things to learn there. The pod/mp3 cast will help you when cooking; take a look and listen to the sample one available in the ‘Sample Stuff' section. You can take a look at the sample recipe cards, shopping lists and action plans at the same time.

If you want to have a bit of fun have a go at the quiz, and if you are too small to do that, there is something a little easier for you to do too.
