Prices and Availability
Items in stock will be posted as soon as possible. We aim to deliver within 7 days. If your desired product is not in stock or delayed for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail.
Delivery
We send parcels by Royal Mail. We package all items to withstand damage as far as practicable.
Gift Shipments
Goods can be sent to an alternative address to the billing address. Details are required in the checkout process.
Returns Policy
Unless faulty, personalised goods cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns for refunds without proof of purchase.
Refunds will be made via WorldPay to your payment card.
All goods are inspected prior to posting; damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to the packaging, please contact the carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged products.
For returns by post the sender is liable for the postage charges and the risk of damage to the goods. Please obtain proof of posting.
